Healthwatch volunteers and staff asked 565 people in the waiting areas at Northampton General Hospital A&E, Kettering General Hospital A&E and Corby Urgent Care Centre about their experiences of A&E and urgent care.

Healthwatch Northamptonshire volunteers interviewed 221 parents in 8 locations across Northamptonshire. We found that the majority of parents were satisfied with the service in general, especially when they had specific concerns.

On the 14 May 2015 Healthwatch Northamptonshire invited the heads of the local health and social care providers to a workshop to discuss the future of health and social care in Northamptonshire.
